Request for research and inclusion in a Catalogue Raisonné – Tokyo

Thank you for your interest in submitting a work of art to one of our committees. The WPI will be hosting special committees in Tokyo in 2023 in order to examine works of art for inclusion in our ongoing catalogue raisonné projects.

To begin your submission of a work of art for a committee’s consideration:

You will be asked to share any information you have about the work, digital images, and a fully-executed Submission & Consultation Agreement. The applicant will be required to pay a fee of $3,000 for this service.*

The WPI hosts committees for the following artists’ catalogue raisonné projects:

  • Albert Marquet

  • Claude Monet

  • Pierre-Auguste Renoir
  • Maurice de Vlaminck

For any questions regarding the above artist projects, please contact us at: info@wpi-art.org

*Please note: The WPI will not provide any refunds if our staff have already begun work on a request. However, the WPI can provide a refund, less any applicable processing fees, for an Archival Inquiry that is exchanged for an Inclusion request for the same work of art. All refunds are subject to processing fees. No other refunds will be provided for services rendered.
